Work Environment\n

This remote position allows mental health professionals to work from home while serving patients in our detox center. The structure of the work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' psychological well-being and identify treatment needs.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups that provide support and information related to mental health challenges and recovery processes.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, equipping patients with necessary support during critical situations.

• Educate patients on mental health disorders, different treatment modalities, and local community resources to empower their recovery.

• Maintain precise and confidential records in accordance with legal regulations and ethical guidelines.

• Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings to enhance therapeutic strategies and improve patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of our practice is to support individuals grappling with various mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and substance use challenges. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families, allowing you to adapt your therapeutic approaches to meet specific needs effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in New Jersey.

• Demonstrated skill in conducting thorough assessments and creating effective treatment strategies.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
