Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, groups, and families, utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers and psychiatrists, to develop and execute comprehensive care strategies that address both mental health and substance use issues.

• Deliver crisis intervention support and de-escalation techniques for clients in acute distress, ensuring their immediate safety and comfort.

Qualifications\n

• An independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A relevant master’s degree or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and foster therapeutic relationships.

• Strong cultural competence, allowing effective engagement with a wide range of clients from different backgrounds.

• Proficient organizational skills and time-management abilities, ensuring timely documentation and compliance with legal and ethical standards.
