Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs, formulating individualized and culturally competent treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services individually, as well as in group and family settings, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based strategies.

• Collaborate with a wide array of multidisciplinary professionals—including case managers and psychiatrists—to deliver integrated care and ensure that treatment plans are effectively followed.

• Provide timely crisis intervention to clients in acute distress, employing de-escalation techniques and providing empathetic support during emergencies.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives that promote mental health literacy and reduce stigma about mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
