Work Environment\n

This position is a remote role within an outpatient office setting. Our full-time mental health therapists typically work from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility in scheduling to accommodate patient needs. The nature of remote work allows for a balanced professional and personal life while still engaging deeply with clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify clients' needs and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to facilitate individual and group therapy sessions.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups that address common mental health concerns, fostering a sense of community among patients.

• Work with psychiatrists, psychologists, and a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, holistic care that meets the diverse needs of patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services and immediate support during mental health emergencies to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.

• Educate clients on mental health topics, available treatment options, and community resources to enhance their understanding and accessibility of services.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in alignment with legal and ethical standards established in the field.

• Participate in case consultations and team meetings as well as engage in ongoing professional development activities to remain current with industry best practices.

• Stay informed on advancements in mental health treatments and therapies to continually enhance your therapeutic approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including those suffering from depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia.
\n
• Advanced knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and therapeutic approaches.

• Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive mental health assessments and craft effective treatment plans.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy for diverse populations, adapting interventions as necessary.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that foster a trusting therapeutic alliance with clients.

• Sound judgment and adherence to professional ethics and boundaries in therapeutic settings.

• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant software applications.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in an outpatient setting is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
