Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Mindfulness-Based Therapy tailored to individual client needs.

• Maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality at all levels.

• Provide teletherapy options to clients who may prefer virtual sessions due to convenience or accessibility challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, providing support to individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in Florida as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients.

• Demonstrable commitment to maintaining confidentiality and producing ethical work.

• Strong organizational skills to manage caseload effectively while adhering to deadlines.

Preferred Experience\n

• Attractive salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
