Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments using established diagnostic criteria to develop and recommend targeted interventions for effective treatment plans.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, collaborating with team members to continuously improve therapeutic approaches.

• Participate actively in continuity of care and discharge planning to facilitate ongoing support and treatment.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough psychiatric diagnoses, identified challenges, and specific treatment needs for each client.

• Accurately document all patient interactions and treatment activities in our electronic healthcare record system, adhering to departmental policies and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our outpatient clients are primarily adults, but you may also work with families and adolescents as needed. You will have the opportunity to implement integrative and evidence-based therapies that empower clients to develop coping strategies and achieve personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A current and valid license such as LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California is essential.

• You should demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least three years of relevant experience in the mental health field, with practice in assessments, individual and group therapy.

• Familiarity with integrative approaches, including Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques, is highly preferred.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems will be advantageous for this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
