Regular business hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a structured work-life balance while allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional care to your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans based on solution-focused interventions.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring that each approach is customized to the individual client's circumstances.

• Maintain thorough and confidential medical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, ensuring the highest standards of patient confidentiality and care quality.

• Collaborate routinely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals during regular case consultations and peer review meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Gotham Enterprises, you will primarily work with a diverse group of clients who may be struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Colorado.

• Strong command of solution-based psychotherapy interventions, demonstrating the ability to adapt techniques to meet the individual needs of clients effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a capacity to establish and maintain therapeutic relationships built on trust and empathy.
