Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will participate in regular virtual team meetings to review client cases, share insights, and continuously enhance treatment strategies.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' history of substance abuse and any co-occurring mental health conditions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that not only address the nuances of addiction but also incorporate support for any underlying mental health challenges.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing.

• Collaborate closely with other treatment team members, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to deliver integrated care and maintain continuity of services for clients.

• Educate clients' families about the recovery process and encourage their active involvement to strengthen the support systems surrounding our clients.

• Ensure all records are meticulously maintained in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
