The Licensed Mental Health Therapist will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse histories, mental health conditions, and goals for recovery.

• Design individualized treatment plans integrating both addiction treatment and addressing co-occurring mental health disorders.
\n
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing.

• Work collaboratively with a diverse treatment team to provide cohesive care, sharing updates and insights during regular case reviews.

• Educate clients and their families about the recovery process, offering resources and support for family involvement, which can significantly enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with regulatory guidelines and organizational standards.

The ideal candidate will possess:
