Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions that align with each client’s personal goals and mental health needs, adapting your therapeutic approach based on current evidence-based practices.

• Engage in regular collaborative discussions with interdisciplinary care teams to design and revise effective treatment plans tailored to each client’s progress.

• Maintain meticulous, compliant documentation through our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure all client interactions and treatment progress are accurately recorded.

• Assist clients in developing personalized coping strategies and actionable plans for achieving their therapeutic objectives and long-term success.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
