Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct personalized therapy sessions for clients via telehealth platforms, adapting to their individual needs and circumstances.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop, review, and refine comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client.

• Document all therapy sessions and client interactions accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Empower clients by equipping them with effective coping strategies and resources that promote long-term mental well-being.

• Engage in community outreach and networking to strengthen referral sources and enhance clinic visibility in the Sharon area.

• Participate in supervision and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and maintain licensure requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• A valid Pennsylvania licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is a prerequisite for this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
