Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse histories and underlying mental health conditions.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address both addiction issues and co-occurring mental health disorders.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Engage in regular collaboration with other members of the treatment team to ensure cohesive and integrated care for each client.

• Educate and involve clients' families in the treatment process to enhance support systems and promote successful recovery outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals seeking recovery from substance abuse, many of whom may also present with co-occurring mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, or PTSD. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and face unique challenges on their recovery journeys, requiring a compassionate and individualized approach to treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Specialized training in addiction counseling is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
