Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a positive and trusting rapport with patients, fostering an environment of openness and safety.

• Diagnose and provide therapeutic interventions for a variety of mental health disorders, meticulously considering each patient’s unique history and needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patients you will serve include diverse individuals and families seeking support with various mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active licensure in the state as an LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker), LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist).

• At least 2-3 years of experience providing direct therapeutic services in an outpatient setting.

• Strong therapeutic and counseling skills, with the ability to empower and motivate clients through their treatment process.

• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR), word processing software, and communication tools to document patient interactions and treatment plans effectively.
