Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to assess clients’ mental health conditions and needs, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique goals, challenges, and preferences.

• Provide individual therapy sessions using various modalities focused on solution-driven outcomes, ensuring clients receive effective care.

• Utilize teletherapy tools to deliver virtual sessions to clients effectively, ensuring inclusivity for those unable to attend in-person sessions.

• Deliver crisis intervention services when required, showcasing adaptability and responsiveness to clients' immediate needs.

• Engage actively in ongoing professional development activities, staying current with best practices through workshops, webinars, and relevant training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients served by Anchored Hope are diverse adults facing an array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our therapists are empowered to choose therapeutic approaches that resonate with their style and the individual needs of their clients, promoting a holistic and personalized experience.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage caseloads efficiently and meet client needs.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates with at least 2 years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, demonstrating proficiency in trauma-informed care and various therapeutic approaches suited for adult clients. Experience with online platforms for teletherapy is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
