This full-time role operates within a telehealth framework, promoting flexibility and the ability to reach clients who may otherwise face barriers to receiving care. Our therapists work primarily from home but maintain close communication with administrative staff and fellow clinicians. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients, identifying their unique mental health needs to tailor individualized treatment plans effectively.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness practices to enhance client well-being.

• Engage in regular collaboration with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and address the multifaceted needs of clients.

• Respond to crisis situations with appropriate intervention techniques, ensuring clients in acute distress receive immediate, compassionate support.

• Participate in community outreach programs and workshops aimed at reducing stigma around mental health issues and promoting public awareness of available resources.

Qualifications\n

• Current and independent licensure as either a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of rapport with clients and other stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
