This position supports a hybrid work model, allowing you to provide services remotely while collaborating with a team of dedicated mental health professionals. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments to accurately gauge the severity and impact of mood disorder symptoms on clients.

• Coordinate with clients to create personalized, actionable treatment plans tailored to their individual needs and aspirations.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate positive treatment outcomes.

• Provide educational resources and emotional support to both clients and their families, enhancing understanding of mood disorders and available treatment pathways.

• Monitor patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans in response to their evolving needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of New Jersey.

• A deep understanding of evidence-based approaches for treating mood disorders, with proven expertise in CBT and DBT.

• Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology with the ability to work alongside psychiatrists in managing patient care effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
