Work Environment\n

The work setting for this role is primarily remote, enabling flexibility while maintaining engagement with our outpatient office dynamic. Our team works together closely, and you will participate in regular meetings and case conferences to ensure coordinated care. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to meet patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and evaluations to gauge patients’ psychological states and determine suitable treatment pathways.

• Craft and implement tailored treatment plans that align with each patient’s unique circumstances and clinical diagnoses.

• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, to support your patients effectively.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions to help patients express emotions, develop coping strategies, and navigate life challenges.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary health teams to address all facets of a patient’s care and promote comprehensive treatment.

• Provide timely crisis intervention, offering immediate support during mental health emergencies to ensure patient safety.
\n
• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, recovery treatments, and community resources to empower them in their healing journeys.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in adherence to legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development through medical conferences, case collaborations, and staying informed about the latest advancements in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work (MSW), Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid mental health professional license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD) in the state of New Jersey.

• A deep understanding of mental health disorders and the efficacy of various treatment strategies.

• Strong assessment skills with demonstrated capability to develop effective, individualized treatment solutions.

• Experience delivering both individual and group therapy sessions across different demographics.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of post-licensure experience in a similar setting, particularly with outpatient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 75,000 and 100,000 annual, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
