Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Intercare Health Services, you will work with a diverse client population, including adults, teens, and couples facing various mental health challenges. The clients you serve may struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, and it is your duty to foster an environment that encourages healing and growth. Qualifications\n

• Must possess valid licensure as a mental health clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in New Jersey.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• Strong skills in treatment planning and mental health counseling are essential.

• Demonstrated experience in providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Comfortable using telehealth technology for virtual appointments.

• Experience in remote or telehealth settings is advantageous but not mandatory.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We value our counselors and offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide:
