Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings of clients to understand their mental health issues. Use diagnostic tools and interviews to gather necessary information and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Create tailored treatment strategies that address specific challenges faced by clients, implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques that enhance their mental health outcomes.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing a range of therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy.

• Engage in regular consultation with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case management teams to ensure comprehensive care that meets the client's holistic needs, including medication management and social support.

• Provide educational resources and support to clients’ families, encouraging their active participation in the therapeutic process and facilitating better communication.

• Maintain thorough and confidential records in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and ethical standards, ensuring that client data is handled with the utmost integrity.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve come from a diverse array of backgrounds, with a particular emphasis on serving the Latinx community. This role will involve working with individuals facing a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as either an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or Doctor of Psychology.
