Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed mental health therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting initial assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health needs and working collaboratively to develop personalized treatment plans based on their unique challenges and objectives.

• Facilitating one-on-one and group therapy sessions, implementing evidence-based therapy techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to promote recovery.

• Working closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to provide comprehensive treatment that includes medication management and support services, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

• Offering education and resources to clients’ families, fostering a supportive environment that encourages understanding and participation in the recovery process.

• Maintaining precise records and documentation in adherence to HIPAA regulations while ensuring ethical guidelines are upheld at all times.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A current and valid mental health license in Massachusetts, which may include LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or PsyD.
