Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive mental health assessments to uncover patients' unique challenges, strengths, and needs. This foundational step helps you to craft personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families. You will employ various methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other recognized techniques to facilitate mental health improvements.

• Lead psychoeducational groups aimed at spreading awareness of mental health issues, providing information on coping strategies and resources, while establishing a supportive community network for participants.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure that our patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Facilitate crisis intervention sessions, providing immediate support and resources during mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients on their mental health diagnoses, therapeutic options, and community resources available to them, empowering them to take charge of their treatment.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records, adhering strictly to legal and ethical standards while utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engage in professional development by participating in workshops, training sessions, and ongoing education to stay current in the field of mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on adult and adolescent patients struggling with a variety of mental health issues, often stemming from complex life experiences and mental disorders. You will work with individuals seeking help for managing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts, among others, all within a supportive and understanding framework that promotes healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.

• Sound knowledge and understanding of various mental health disorders and an array of treatment methodologies.

• Proven capability to perform comprehensive mental health assessments and create tailored treatment plans to meet patient needs.

• Demonstrated experience delivering effective individual and group therapy to diverse populations, with a sensitivity to unique cultural backgrounds.
