Our clinic operates Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility in scheduling to meet the diverse needs of our patients. A sign-on bonus is available to welcome new team members.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate each patient's trauma history and determine the most effective treatment approaches.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery, cognizant of each patient's unique experiences and needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to guide patients toward healing.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, helping patients to process their trauma, build coping strategies, and foster emotional resilience.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated patient care that addresses both therapeutic and psychiatric needs.

• Provide crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring patients receive timely and effective care.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, effective coping mechanisms, and available resources for further support.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with relevant legal and ethical standards, including thorough recording of assessments and treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
