Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand each patient’s trauma history and treatment needs effectively.

  Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on serving clients who are navigating the complexities of trauma-related disorders. You will work closely with individuals suffering from PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders, employing your expertise to facilitate their healing journeys. Qualifications\n

  A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

  Possession of current and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist is mandatory.

  A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in mental health therapy is preferred, particularly in trauma-focused treatments.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
