As a full-time therapist working remotely from our outpatient office, you will provide crucial mental health services to individuals navigating the complexities of trauma. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed assessments to identify client trauma histories and determine appropriate treatment methodologies.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at addressing individual trauma needs and promoting recovery.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies, including but not limited to Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to effectively assist clients in processing their trauma.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, encouraging clients to share their experiences and develop coping strategies for healing and resilience.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to provide integrated care, ensuring our clients receive comprehensive support.

• Respond to crisis situations with immediate intervention strategies to support clients experiencing acute trauma-related distress.

• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses and available resources to strengthen their support systems.

• Maintain adherence to legal and ethical standards through thorough documentation of client interactions in an electronic health record (EHR) system.

Compensation and Benefits\n
