Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify co-occurring disorders, and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual client needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions to address addiction-related issues, trauma, and mental health challenges, applying evidence-based practices.

• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic strategies to optimize recovery outcomes and client engagement.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and addiction counselors within a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care that meets all aspects of clients’ wellbeing.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
