Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with colleagues and multidisciplinary teams to create effective crisis and behavior management plans, risk assessments, and medication treatment strategies.

• Consistently document client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with regulatory standards and requirements.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies, ensuring best practices are followed.

• Participate proactively in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the quality of our services.

• Act as a liaison with various community partners, state agencies, and service systems to coordinate care and promote client resources.

Qualifications\n
