Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized assessments to develop tailored treatment plans aimed at addressing the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, and provide one-on-one counseling using evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, actively participating in case reviews and treatment strategy meetings.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with professional standards, ethical guidelines, and legal regulations.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and current mental health research to keep abreast of evolving therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Palo Pinto Psychotherapy Services, you will serve a varied client base, including individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Valid and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range between USD 70,000 and 110,000 annually, with additional performance-based bonuses.
