Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and positive relationships while honoring professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to track progress, discuss stability, and plan for discharge as appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to individual client goals and needs.

• Maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes and treatment records for each client in compliance with organizational policies.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine client needs and establish initial treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly, utilizing evidence-based practices to guide therapeutic approaches.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance your professional skill set and ensure best practices in client care.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York State.

Compensation and Benefits\n
