Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments through virtual channels to determine the unique needs of clients and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate online psychoeducational and support groups, fostering a sense of community and addressing shared mental health concerns.

• Collaborate effectively with other mental health professionals to ensure holistic and integrated care for clients, coordinating treatment efforts and sharing insights on patient progress.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients in distress, employing effective strategies to assist during mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions and available treatment options, while consistently informing them about community resources they may access for further support.

• Maintain accurate, thorough, and confidential documentation of client interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.
