Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, where you will leverage telehealth technology to engage with patients across various platforms. You will work with a flexible schedule primarily aimed at optimizing patient availability, with core hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. While you will have a structured workday, there may be opportunities for flexible scheduling based on patient needs, ensuring you can balance personal commitments effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to formulate individualized treatment plans based on each patient's unique needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, tailored to your patients' treatment goals.

• Facilitate engaging psychoeducational and support groups that foster community connections among patients dealing with similar challenges.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure holistic and effective patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies and offer immediate support to stabilize patients.

• Educate patients on their mental health diagnoses, available treatment options, and community resources to empower informed decision-making.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation as required by legal and ethical standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system efficiently.

• Participate proactively in team meetings and case consultations to refine best practices, stay informed on recent developments in mental health care, and enhance professional skills.

Your primary focus will be on a diverse patient population, including adults, adolescents, and families facing varying degrees of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
