Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with individual goals.

• Facilitate a variety of counseling sessions, including individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices suited to client needs.

• Administer mental health screenings and assessments to identify treatment requirements and ensure clients receive appropriate interventions.

• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with practice procedures and compliance standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will directly benefit a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, couples, and families experiencing acute mental health crises. Our clients often deal with complex psychological challenges, including co-occurring disorders and substance abuse issues. Your role will focus on building trusting relationships and guiding clients through the recovery process, utilizing a strengths-based approach.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field with current licensure in Washington State as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

• Competence in using telehealth platforms to facilitate remote counseling sessions with clients effectively.

• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail for managing caseloads and maintaining documentation accurately.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience working with individuals facing mental and behavioral health challenges.

• Expertise in treatment modalities addressing co-occurring disorders, individual therapy techniques, family systems, and experiential group therapy.

• Experience working with children, families, and couples is preferred to ensure comprehensive treatment delivery.

• Familiarity with current counseling methodologies and practices, including trauma-informed care principles.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your expertise and commitment, we offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually .
