Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and evaluations to determine the mental health needs and substance use patterns of clients and create appropriate treatment goals.

• Design, implement, and revise evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual needs, integrating therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing.

• Provide ongoing individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing therapeutic interventions that address addiction and mental health issues, such as cognitive restructuring or mindfulness practices.

• Maintain strict adherence to confidentiality and legal/ethical standards while managing and documenting client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in collaborative teamwork with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, social workers, and rehabilitation specialists, to deliver holistic care to clients.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision and professional development activities to stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health and addiction therapy.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
