Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial consultations and continuous assessments to document each client’s mental health status throughout their treatment journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Washington State.

• Demonstrated success in passing the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• A thorough knowledge of the effects and interactions of psychiatric medications commonly prescribed by medical professionals.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients effectively.
