Key Responsibilities\n

• Uphold professional standards of confidentiality and ethical practice as per the guidelines set by relevant professional associations.

• Provide effective individual and group counseling and psychotherapy tailored to the diverse needs of clients.

• Participate actively in weekly staff meetings to discuss case management, treatment planning, and updates related to client progress.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, regularly reviewing and adapting provider cases based on therapeutic outcomes.

• Complete thorough and timely progress notes after each client session to ensure consistent documentation and continuity of care.

• Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned to meet the evolving needs of our clients and organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a diverse client base, encompassing a broad range of mental health issues and backgrounds. Your expertise will facilitate impactful change for individuals navigating various psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling is required.

• Possession of an independent license (LPC, LICSW, or LMFT) is mandatory.

• Proficient in completing clinical documentation, including client progress notes and treatment plans, in a timely and efficient manner.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a mental health counseling role, particularly within outpatient or educational settings, is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), is beneficial.

• Skill in utilizing telehealth technologies for remote counseling sessions is a plus, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
