Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health and addiction issues, enabling tailored therapeutic interventions.

• Creating and implementing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans aligned with each client’s specific goals and needs, which includes regular progress evaluations.

• Providing individual, couples, and group counseling sessions using therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care, which may include liaising with medical providers, social workers, and community resources.

• Upholding confidentiality and maintaining client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing secure electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participating in ongoing clinical supervision, case review meetings, and professional development opportunities to continuously enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with clients facing addiction and substance use challenges, including those with co-occurring mental health disorders. Our client population is diverse, representing various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, requiring counselors to practice cultural sensitivity and empathy. Your role will be essential in guiding individuals through the challenges of recovery, trauma intervention, emotional crisis management, and suicide prevention.

Qualifications\n
