Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ substance abuse histories and co-occurring mental health conditions, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address both addiction issues and underlying psychological factors, ensuring alignment with clients’ personal recovery goals.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing, fostering open dialogue and peer support.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges between $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
