This position offers the flexibility of a completely remote work setting through a telehealth platform. You will become a vital member of a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and recovery coaches, all focused on delivering integrated and holistic patient care. • Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to determine clients’ substance abuse history and mental health status.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that not only address addiction but also explore underlying mental health issues.

• Facilitate structured individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, with a focus on motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral techniques.

• Collaborate actively with the treatment team to ensure cohesive communication and integrated care, participating in regular case reviews.

• Educate and support families of clients, involving them in the recovery process to enhance outcomes.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.

The focus of your work will be with individuals struggling with substance use disorders, often accompanied by co-occurring mental health conditions. You will assist clients of varying ages and backgrounds who are at different stages of their recovery journey, providing tailored therapeutic interventions geared towards empowerment and long-term sobriety.

• A valid license as LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, LSCSW, or a PsyD is required.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is essential.

• Demonstrable training or hands-on experience in addiction counseling and therapy is necessary.

• Experience working within telehealth settings is highly preferred, as well as a comfort level with using digital health tools and platforms.

• Knowledge of the latest evidence-based practices for treating substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.

• Strong proficiency in therapeutic techniques, analytical skills, and an ability to motivate and inspire clients toward recovery goals.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 - 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
