While the majority of your work will be conducted remotely, you may be required to visit clients occasionally to assess their living conditions or provide in-person support as necessary.

In your role as a Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs, considering their emotional, psychological, and social circumstances.

• Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, outlining specific therapeutic goals and interventions.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients, utilizing appropriate therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or solution-focused therapy.

• Engage in effective communication with clients to build trust and rapport, ensuring they feel safe and understood throughout the therapeutic process.

• Monitor clients’ progress through regular follow-ups and assessments to adjust treatment plans as needed.

• Serve as an advocate for clients' needs, assisting them in navigating the complexities of accessing mental health resources, community services, and support networks.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans within our electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure compliance with confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Participate in team meetings, contributing to discussions about client care strategies and program improvements.

• Stay current with the latest developments in mental health practices and compliance regulations, integrating relevant knowledge into your practice.

In this role, you will primarily work with adults seeking mental health support for a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship issues. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role, particularly in outpatient settings.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health assessment and therapeutic techniques, with proficiency in evidence-based practices.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect empathetically with clients and their families.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technological tools.

• Experience working in geriatric settings or with senior clients.
