Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver tailored mindfulness-based interventions, such as MBSR, aimed at reducing client stress and enhancing their emotional well-being.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify the unique stressors and mental health goals of clients, subsequently developing personalized mindfulness plans.

• Guide clients in mindfulness exercises, including meditation and breathing techniques, to improve self-regulation and decrease anxiety.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops focused on mindfulness practices, effective stress management, and resilience-building skills.

• Integrate mindfulness techniques into one-on-one therapy sessions to address specific mental health concerns and foster client personal growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary responsibility will be to support clients experiencing a wide array of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, stress-related symptoms, and mood disorders. You will be crucial in guiding clients through their journey by equipping them with practical mindfulness tools to enhance their everyday lives and emotional resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid and current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
