Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Strong understanding of mental health needs, particularly for individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective relationships with patients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working with patients in an outpatient setting and familiarity with integrated care models are preferred. Additional certifications in trauma-informed care or similar specialties will be considered an asset. Demonstrated success in providing individual and group therapy will be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits\n
