Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Therapy to address a variety of mental health issues.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for clients, setting measurable objectives and carrying out regular assessments to track progress and adapt as necessary.

• Provide ongoing emotional support to clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and chronic stress, offering coping mechanisms and guidance tailored to their personal experiences.

• Facilitate and lead group therapy sessions to foster a sense of community and mutual support among clients, encouraging personal development and reducing feelings of isolation.

• Commit to continuous professional development by seeking additional training and certifications in niche areas like trauma-informed care, addiction treatment, or grief counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will involve working with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults struggling with various mental health concerns. Your approach will be informed by cultural competence, ensuring that you understand and respect the unique backgrounds and experiences of each individual. The clientele often faces anxiety disorders, mood disorders, relationship dynamics, and various life transitions, therefore a tailored approach is essential for effective treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling (or related field) from an accredited institution is required.

• Active California State LMHC credential is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
