Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews to identify patients' needs effectively.

• Work closely with clients to develop tailored treatment plans, considering their specific goals, preferences, and cultural backgrounds.

• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in various formats such as individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care for clients in acute distress.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, aligning with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, enabling them to manage conditions effectively and engage in their therapy journey.

• Engage in regular outcome assessments to gauge the effectiveness of treatment, making adjustments to plans in collaboration with clients.

Qualifications\n
