This position is tailored for a remote work setting, utilizing telehealth technologies to conduct therapy sessions, assessments, and treatment planning. You will benefit from a flexible work schedule primarily from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as required based on patient demands. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments tailored specifically to children and adolescents, identifying their unique needs and challenges.

• Provide crisis intervention, actively supporting young patients and their families during mental health emergencies.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards using electronic health record systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents who face mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid professional licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling is preferred.

• Demonstrable knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and therapeutic techniques.

• Proficiency in conducting individual and family therapy sessions tailored for young clients.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with an innate capacity to engage with and support children and their families.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and other relevant digital tools.

Compensation and Benefits\n
