Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of individuals seeking substance use disorder treatment, identifying their unique needs, strengths, and recovery goals.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based methodologies and adjust them as necessary to meet the evolving needs of clients.

• Deliver one-on-one counseling sessions utilizing approaches such as motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to foster recovery and personal growth.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that provide mutual support, education on coping strategies, and opportunities for shared experiences among clients.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and other health care professionals to create an integrated multidisciplinary care approach tailored to each individual.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during substance-related emergencies to ensure patient safety and stabilization.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• Prior experience in substance use disorder treatment, counseling, or a related mental health field is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
