Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the needs, strengths, and goals of individuals seeking treatment for substance use disorders, ensuring that care is tailored to each person.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on collaborative discussions with patients, as well as leveraging evidence-based therapeutic interventions that are relevant to their unique situations.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques such as motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy to promote behavioral change and insight.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and addiction specialists to provide integrated care, ensuring that all treatment aspects are addressed and aligned.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required. A Master’s or doctoral degree in a related field from an accredited institution is preferred.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PSYD in Washington state is mandatory.

• Proven experience working with individuals diagnosed with substance use disorders is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
