Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the treatment needs and goals of individuals seeking help for substance use disorders.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, tailored specifically to each patient.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, creating a space for shared experiences and peer support among participants on the recovery path.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n
