Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial interviews and thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and backgrounds.

• Deliver ongoing evaluations and treatment planning, integrating biopsychosocial data collected from clients, families, and relevant stakeholders.

• Formulate and implement therapeutic interventions, adapting methodologies to reflect the individual needs and cultural backgrounds of clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of current standards in mental health practices and evidence-based methodologies.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Support clients through various therapeutic models, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing.

You will primarily be serving a diverse array of clients, including adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n
