Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to determine the severity and nature of mood disorder symptoms in clients, utilizing standardized assessment tools and best practices.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, specifically focusing on techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the individual characteristics of each patient.

• Monitor clients' progress throughout their treatment journey, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans and interventions based on ongoing assessments.

You will primarily work with individuals experiencing a range of mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.
