Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand client needs, concerns, and life circumstances.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.

• Deliver individual therapy using tailored modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other innovative techniques.

• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and monitor their progress to ensure adherence to treatment objectives.
\n
• Provide teletherapy options for clients, ensuring accessibility for those who may face challenges attending in-person sessions.
\n
• Maintain meticulous documentation to comply with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in training and networking opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population consisting of individuals facing a variety of mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and more. Your empathetic approach will be crucial in establishing trust and rapport, allowing clients to feel secure in sharing their journey toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or LCSW-R in New York State.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to connect with clients and their unique experiences.

• Empathy and compassion are essential qualities, along with a non-judgmental attitude towards clients.
\n
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle caseloads effectively.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a community health clinic or similar setting is a plus.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy best practices.
\n
• Experience treating trauma-informed care, anxiety, and depressive disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Our benefits package includes administrative support for scheduling, billing, and insurance processing to allow you to focus on client care. Additionally, we provide reimbursement for continuing education to support your professional development.
