Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health status and therapeutic needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices and reflect clinical best practices.

• Deliver one-on-one and group therapy sessions, focusing on fostering a safe and inclusive environment for all clients.

• Regularly monitor client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver well-rounded care and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, addressing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your role as a mental health counselor will center on developing therapeutic interventions tailored to each individual, recognizing the unique cultural and personal backgrounds that influence mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• Proven expertise in a variety of therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches.

• Strong crisis intervention skills and the ability to maintain composure in high-stress scenarios.

Compensation and Benefits\n
